Inspiration 48 / Bri Emery x Lightbox

Anyone who knows Arabela and I know that we LOVE Designlovefest, a blog by Bri Emery who is a graphic designer and art director based in LA. Her work was the subject of one of our first inspiration posts which you can see here. Bri often teams up with Jesse Chamberlin, wife of Jimmy Marble. The two of them together create such amazing campaigns and it’s always so inspiring to see their new work.

Recently they created images for Lightbox Jewelry, a company that sells laboratory-grown diamonds. Their pieces are really beautiful, and come at a lower price point since they are not inherently rare. Bri shared some of the inspiration for the shoot in this post. She said that she wanted to play off the light and reflections that make jewels so appealing to the eye. This is evident in the way that these images glitter. They have a soft and glowing feel that makes me feel like I’m looking through a diamond while viewing the images.
