Inspiration 51 / Nakia Pleasant
Nakia Pleasant is someone I’ve been following on Instagram for quite some time now. I don’t really remember how I came across her feed but I was extremely happy I did. Based out of Oakland, CA, Nakia is a freelancer that specializes in fashion styling for editorial and lifestyle shoots.
Most of Nakia’s early work always included styling twins or lookalikes and I remember obsessing over it. It’s been really fun to watch her grow and be featured in magazines like PAP, Atlas, and Toksick.
